<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device capable of standardizing a band without having excessive queue resources. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device has an inflow band limiting means (1) for abandoning input frames by a fixed ratio, a storage means (3) for storing frames which have passed through the inflow band limiting means (1) in respective queues, and output means (7, 8) for holding the frames stored in the respective queues to output the held frames. The storage information of the frames stored in the respective queues is managed for each queue, the frames newly stored in the respective queues or the frames held in the output means (7, 8) are abandoned corresponding to the managed storage information, and discard information for specifying the discard frames is notified to the inflow band limiting means (1). Then, when receiving the discard information, the inflow band limiting means (1) suppresses the discard of the discard frames on the basis of the discard information and compensates the discard frames by the suppressed frames. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
