PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control device inhibiting energy efficiency from being reduced when suppressing vehicular vertical vibration. SOLUTION: The vehicular vibration suppression device includes: front and rear wheels attached to a vehicle body via a suspension device; and a control device for respectively controlling the driving and braking force of the front wheels and the driving and braking force of the rear wheels. The vehicular vibration suppression device implements either pitching suppression control for suppressing pitching movements of the vehicle body, or bouncing suppression control for suppressing bouncing movements of the vehicle body by applying the driving force or the braking force to the front wheels and applying the driving force or the braking force to the rear wheels. A determination means (step S2) for determining whether the braking force should be applied to the front wheels or the rear wheels, and a prohibition means (step S3) for prohibiting the suppression control determined to apply the braking force to the front wheels or the rear wheels, are provided in at least either one of the bouncing suppression control and the pitching suppression control.
