PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head capable of preventing a foreign object from entering a storage section of a pressure generating means and a liquid ejecting device. SOLUTION: This liquid ejection head includes a head case 10 having a storage room 12 for storing a vibration element unit 13 and a case fluid channel 10' communicating with a nozzle opening, a guiding needle unit 2 having an ink guiding channel for guiding ink to the case fluid channel 10' side, and a seal member 7 that has a communication hole 18 coupling the ink guiding channel with the case fluid channel 10' and is interposed between the head case and the guiding needle unit.
