PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet for electronic device capable of attaching parts to any optional positions without increasing the number of parts by extrusion molding. SOLUTION: The cabinet 10 is composed of a body part 10a and a rail 10b formed on a bottom face of the body part 10a and having substantially U-shape and is formed by extrusion molding. A tripod mounting member 11 is inserted into the inside of a space formed by the rail 10b to bring a flange 11b of the tripod mounting member 11 into contact with an inner face of the space formed by the rail 10b and bring a tripod screw mounting member 11a into contact with an inner face of an opening groove. When a tripod screw 13 is tightened into a threaded hole 11c from below the opening groove while the tripod mounting member 11 is at any optional position, the whole tripod mounting member 11 is pressed down in the downward direction. As a result, the flange 11b comes into pressure-contact with the rail 10b, and the tripod mounting member 11 is fixed at a desired position on the rail 10b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
