PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystallization method for stably obtaining a crystal having excellent liquid permeability and its crystallization system. SOLUTION: The (meth)acrylic acid crystallization method for forming a slurry liquid containing (meth)acrylic acid crystal includes using a crystallization apparatus equipped with a cooler for carrying out heat exchange through a heat transfer surface. An arbitrary temperature higher than the slurry liquid temperature and≤50°C is set as a target temperature, the environment temperature of an environment in which the crystallization apparatus is arranged is controlled in a range of the target temperature±10°C, the lower limit temperature of the environment temperature is controlled higher than the slurry liquid temperature and the upper limit temperature of the environment temperature is controlled at≤50°C.
