PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device having superior durability. SOLUTION: This suspension device S includes an actuator A having a motion converting mechanism T for converting the rotating motion of a screw nut 1 into the linear motion of a screw shaft 2 and a motor M connected to the screw nut 1, and a hydraulic pressure damper D connected to the screw shaft 2. The suspension device further includes a holder 5 for rotatably holding the screw nut 1 screwed onto the screw shaft 2 and holding a rotation stop mechanism 3 for stopping the rotation of the screw shaft 3.
