#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves applying flock fibers (32) on a substrate (2) with an adhesive layer (30) by electrical field (26). The substrate is temporarily displaced into high frequency mechanical vibrations during flocking, where frequency of the vibrations temporarily corresponds to natural frequency of the substrate. The substrate is attached to a handing device (4) e.g. linear or six-axis robot, and is brought into a flocking area i.e. cabin (22), by the handling device. The vibrations of the substrate are excited by a vibration exciter device (8) cooperating with the handing device. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a device for electrostatic flocking, comprising a flocking area. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for electrostatic flock-coating of a laminar or band-shaped substrate e.g. uniform flock web or foil, of a mounting part.
