FIELD: food products. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, namely to technology of coffee substitutes production. Method provides for preparation of girasol, its cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parameters and frying, ray grains frying, mixing of girasol and rye grains in mass ratio 7:3 and cryomilling of obtained mixture in liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: obtaining of coffee drink according to nonwaste technology. |
