PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which easily securely repairs bubble marks caused on a concrete placing surface, specifically on a tilted concrete placing surface using powder instead of mortar. SOLUTION: When the bubble marks 4, 6, 7 caused on the concrete placing surface 2 are repaired, color-matched powdery water retaining material containing premixed mortar 12 is applied on the concrete placing surface to push it in the bubble marks by a sponge pad 8. Then, moisture is imparted on the applied surface with an atomizer and thereafter the surface is leveled by the sponge pad so that the concrete placing surface is repaired. The powdery water retaining material containing premixed mortar 12 is configured to contain the water retaining material 1.25-75 parts volume and fine aggregate 5-75 parts volume not more than 0.4 mm with respect to a cement-based material 100 parts volume.
