The invention relates to medicine. The inventive method for the computer remote control without using the hands involves carrying out the computer tomography of the skull bones, determining the sizes and the curvature of the hard palate arch, defining a surgery site and selecting a device matching the hard palate size. Then, a surgical intervention is carried out through the nasal passage or the mouth so as to introduce, during said intervention, the body of a signal processing and transmitting unit into a recess which is formed in the spongy layer of the palatine bone. The device for carrying out said method comprises a coordinate unit and the signal processing and transmitting unit which consists of the following electrically coupled components: a power supply, a signal receiving part, an electronic part and a transceiver.
