<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a W/O type emulsion ink composition for a writing utensil, which can sufficiently prevent blurred initial writing in the beginning of writing. <P>SOLUTION: The W/O type emulsion ink composition for a writing utensil is produced by dispersing an aqueous component in an oil component.
