PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane antenna capable of being brought to a horizontally polarized wave non-directivity while being miniaturized and capable of being used as a retransmission antenna in a radio shielding space. SOLUTION: A first L-shaped dipole antenna 30 consisting of a (+) feed element 31a and a (-) feed element 31b and a second L-shaped dipole antenna 40 consisting of the (+) feed element 41a and the (-) feed element 41b are arranged symmetrically at two opposed corner sections on a conductor plate 21. Parasitic elements 51a and 51b are arranged in opening sections between the first L-shaped dipole antenna 30 and the second L-shaped dipole antenna 40, and the front end sections of the elements are coupled electromagnetically. A coaxial connector 22 is fitted at the central section of the underside of the conductor plate 21, and the L-shaped dipole antennas 30 and 40 are supplied with power through a two splitter 23.
