PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of preventing deterioration of transmission quality and capable of achieving miniaturization of the connector. SOLUTION: In the connector, contact parts 51a, 52a of a pair of first and second signal contacts 51, 52, and the contact part 53a of a ground contact 53 are aligned in a row in a contact aligning direction C, respectively. The contact parts 54a, 54a' of contacts 54, 54' for non-high speed transmission are aligned in a row in the contact aligning direction C. The row formed by the contact parts 51a, 52a of the pair of the first and second signal contacts 51, 52 and the contact 53a of the ground contact 53, and the row formed by the contact parts 54a, 54a' of the contact 54, 54' for the non-high speed transmission are made parallel. The contact parts 51a, 52a of the pair of the first and second signal contacts 51, 52 are arranged between the contacts 53a of the ground contacts 53 neighboring to each other in the contact aligning direction C.
