PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an game medium dispenser unit which can prevent players from taking off a ball path for guiding Pachinko balls, a game medium dispenser unit system with it, a counter and a counter system with it. SOLUTION: The game medium dispenser units 3 and 4 have ball paths 400 for guiding the Pachinko balls inside and are installed adjacent to a Pachinko game machine 2 to carry out a processing for dispensing the Pachinko balls set. The game medium dispenser units 3 and 4 are also provided with ball path insertion ports 3i and 4i respectively which enable the insertion of mounting parts 406 provided on one end side of the respective ball paths 400, a separation blocking mechanism 720 which gets engaged with at least some parts of the mounting parts 406 to block the separation of the ball paths 400 from the game medium dispenser units 3 and 4 and an operating part 724 which is so arranged on the side portion of each of the game medium dispenser units 3 and 4 as to be exposable in pulling out the game medium dispenser units 3 and 4 forward and releases the engagement in the separation blocking mechanism 720 to enable the separation of the ball paths 400.
