PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled school desk reusing top plates of school desks which have been disposed of. SOLUTION: For the recycled school desk, the top plates of school desks which have been disposed of are reused. Top and bottom surfaces of the top plates which have been disposed of are leveled, a compressed cryptomeria board or a false wood board of plastics is applied to the top surface, and a wood board is applied to the bottom surface to produce a top plate.
