PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underlap tape having superior elasticity and air permeability. SOLUTION: This underlap tape is prepared using nonwoven fabric obtained by webbing fibers containing composite fibers where a plurality of resins with different heat-shrinkage rates form a phase separation structure, heating the generated fiber web by high-temperature steam and crimping it. The composite fibers are oriented in substantially parallel to the face direction of the nonwoven fabric and substantially uniformly crimped at an average curvature radius of 20-200μm in the thickness direction. The composite fibers may be made of polyalkylene arylate resin and denatured polyalkylene arylate resin, and may have a parallel type or eccentric core-in-sheath type structure. This underlap tap may have a breaking strength of 5-20N/50 mm at least in one direction and a rupture elongation of 80% or more, and a recovery rate after 50% elongation of 80% or more.
