PROCESS FOR PRODUCING BORON ADDED PURIFIED SILICON

A manufacturing method of boron added purified silicon is provided to manufacture boron added silicon with low energy, and to refine reduced silicon after melting and coagulating the silicon to one direction. A manufacturing method of boron added purified silicon includes the following steps of: generating a mixed compound containing silicon, aluminum and boron; coagulating the mixed compound in a state that a mold is formed to one direction; generating the mixed compound; producing the reduced silicon by reducing silicon halide(1) by metal aluminum; melting the reduced silicon; and adding the boron in the reduced silicon.
