<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish an MBMS cell search method which is one among the processings to be executed, until a mobile terminal receives MBMS, in an MBMS exclusive cell. <P>SOLUTION: In the mobile communication system having three kinds of cells which are a unicast cell that is a cell, capable of transmitting and receiving individual communication data, the MBMS exclusive cell capable of receiving broadcast type data, and a unicast/MBMS mixed cell capable of providing the services of both the unicast cell and the MBMS exclusive cell, the MBMS exclusive cell and the unicast/MBMS mixed cell configure an MBSFN synchronization area, wherein a plurality of base stations synchronously transmit the broadcast type data; a mobile terminal receives synchronization information for receiving the broadcast type data in the MBSFN synchronization area, which is transmitted from the plurality of MBMS exclusive cells or unicast/MBMS mixed cells, and searches the MBMS exclusive cells or the unicast/MBMS mixed cells. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
