<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely make matching to a pitch between rolling dies for a short time. <P>SOLUTION: A thread rolling machine is rolled by abutting the plurality of rolling dies 20a, 20b, 20c to a rolling blank 1. The thread rolling machine includes: a holding part 16 for holding the rolling blank 1; a plurality of fitting shafts 4a, 4b, 4c fixed by holding the rolling dies 20a, 20b, 20c; and rotation-driving parts 50 for rotating the fitting shafts 4a, 4b, 4c by connecting with each fitting shaft 4a, 4b, 4c. The thread rolling machine further includes: a controlling part 60 for positioning the respective fitting shafts 4a, 4b, 4c to a prescribed position by supplying a pulse-signal to each rotation-driving part 50; and a memorizing part 65 for memorizing the rotation-starting position, corresponding to the rolling dies 20a, 20b, 20c held with the fitting shafts 4a, 4b, 4c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
