PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor which improves ESR property and ESL property without reducing electrostatic capacitance. SOLUTION: An electrolytic capacitor includes: capacitor elements each formed by winding an anode foil and a cathode foil via a separator; an anode terminal and a cathode terminal connected with the anode foil and the cathode foil, respectively; and a bottomed case for housing therein the capacitor elements, wherein a plurality of capacitor elements are housed within the one bottomed case, and each of the capacitor elements includes an approximately elliptic end face.
