PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet for a disaster, which is to be used on the occurrence of a disaster. SOLUTION: This toilet for the disaster is provided in a manhole section installed on a water storage tank. In the water storage tank, lightweight blocks are arranged under the ground, and a storage space is covered with a seepage control sheet.
