FIELD: electrical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to converting hardware. Proposed HV independent inverter comprises capacitors of the RC-network controlled and uncontrolled gates, directly interconnected and in series to make two branches connected in parallel and via resistor-shunted Schottky diode. Aforesaid gates are connected in parallel to terminals of circuit consisting of inverter-cell controlled and uncontrolled gates, connected in series. Note that generic points of controlled-gate RC-network connection are connected to generic points of controlled gates via resistors, while those of uncontrolled gate are connected directly to generic points of uncontrolled gates. ^ EFFECT: simpler design and higher reliability. ^ 1 dwg
