PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable training for a user so as to reduce blur by measuring a blur amount caused by user's operation in a predetermined period, digitizing and displaying a result of measurement, and enabling a user to recognize his or her own factor of the blur during the operation. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes movement detection sensors 20a and 20b to detect moving amounts, a blur degree detection control part 8 to add the moving amounts in a predetermined section by using the moving amounts detected by the movement detection sensors 20a and 20b, and digitize the degree of the blur in the predetermined section according to a value of the sum of the moving amounts, and a blur degree detection switch 11 to select whether or not to use the blur degree detection control part 8.
