PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a laser light source device that can have higher output; an image display device; and a monitor device. SOLUTION: The laser light source device includes: a light source 12 having a light emission unit emitting laser light; a resonance element 17 which has a concave surface 17a on a side of the laser light emitted from the light source 12, reflects laser light of predetermined selective wavelength emitted from the light emission unit 22 of the light source 12 and transmits the remaining laser light; and an optical path adjusting member 16 which has optical transparency and is disposed on the optical path between the light source 12 and resonance element 17 to convert the optical path of the incident laser light.
