PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a roller from falling out from an inner ring in such a state that the inner ring and the roller are separated from an outer ring. SOLUTION: A fallout prevention implement 19 attached to the inner ring 11 of a full type roller bearing 10 includes a stopper 21 preventing a roller 13 from falling out from the inner ring 11 in such a state that the roller 13 and the inner ring 11 are separated from the outer ring 12. Furthermore, the stopper 21 provides a plurality of supporting sections 23 supporting a posture of each roller 13 in such a state that it is inserted between each roller 13. Additionally, the supporting section 23 is inserted between each roller 13 at a cone back face rib section 16 side of the inner ring 11, and supports each roller 13 in cooperation with a retaining rib section 15.
