摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning function on one device (POD) for locating and tracking an object which has advantages, such as, high accuracy, easy deployment, calibration free, low cost, in-device adjustment and flexibility, and an autonomous ultrasound indoor track system (AUITS). SOLUTION: This AUITS includes a tag device 201, installed on a mobile object, which includes an RF transceiver 205 and an ultrasound transmitter 206 for transmitting RF and ultrasound signals; and a POD 202 for receiving the RF and ultrasound signals transmitted from the tag device to locate the mobile object. The POD comprises a plurality of leaf modules 207, each of the leaf modules including a positioning signal receiver 208 for receiving the positioning signals transmitted from the tag device, wherein there is a known structural topology relations among the plurality of leaf modules. Then, the positioning signal detection times from respective positioning signal receivers and the structural topology relations of the POD can be utilized and calculation of the position of the object can be carried out.
