Flying wing of vertical take-off and landing incorporates adaptive wind and power plant comprising engines and centrifugal compressors that allow changing thrust vector and boundary layer control. Round- or oval-shape wing features surface coordinates located on 2nd-order lines. Plane wherein every line lies is perpendicular to that of the wing lengthwise profile shape. Power plant comprises air jet engine integrated, via pto-device and air duct, with pneumatic drive of centrifugal compressor. The latter is furnished with motor-generator or super flywheel and nozzle with flaps to change thrust vector from vertical to horizontal one.
