<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when paste is prepared in a certain kneading process, since variation in physical properties of paste becomes large, stability at coating using a die head, etc., is adversely affected by phenomena such as: a phenomenon in which a physical property parameter of paste is affected by variation in physical properties between lots of mainly active materials as materials in preparing positive electrode or negative electrode paste; and a phenomenon affected by physical property parameter of each material when some materials, that is, several kinds of active materials, several kinds of resins, and furthermore several kinds of conductive materials in preparing the positive electrode are mixed. <P>SOLUTION: When a paste viscosity value determined as needed in the process of kneading reaches a specified viscosity range, the stiff kneading is terminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
