PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine preventing a control program from being complicated even when disposing a plurality of symbol starting holes. SOLUTION: In this pinball game machine, when a game ball enters the symbol starting hole, a lottery on whether or not a big prize state is generated is performed based on the value of a random number generating counter. The machine includes two symbol starting holes, and in the periodic execution part where repeated execution is performed at intervals of predetermined time, the acquisition processing of the random number generating counter is performed only one time each, and the lottery is conducted based on the acquired counter value.
