PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, when the car width or height of a body is wide or high, a purchased chassis cannot be attached therewith, in the conventional traveling toy which is configured to change an interval of the wheel base when the length of the body is different, thereby capable of responding thereto, if the length of the body of a plastic model car which a holder likes and purchases, or which may be created by himself/herself is longer or shorter than the chassis using at present. SOLUTION: This chassis dimension changing mechanism of radio controlled cars is configured to have a plurality of types of wheel base adjustment plates 13, which have different lengths in the same direction to the longitudinal direction of the chassis base body, for connecting the rear part of a chassis base body 1 to a suspension plate 2 having its one end connected to a rear-wheel drive unit 3, so as to respond to the body with different length by selecting and replacing a wheel base adjustment plate according to the length of the body.
