摘要

The method involves determining an optimal operating condition of a radio network e.g. global system for mobile communications (GSM)radio network, on the basis of static network data and technical power profile of active terminals. A current standby of the active terminals of the radio network is reviewed if current operating condition of the radio network does not correspond to the optimal operating condition, where the review results are considered for deciding about the reconfiguration of the radio network.
