The station has a water receiving pipe (5) and a flood water discharging pipe (6) connected with each other by an inclined pipe (7) and controlled valves (3, 14). The pipe (5) is used as a water inlet during a flood tide, and the pipe (6) is used as a water outlet during an eddy tide. Water turbines and generators (15) are inserted or arranged in the inclined pipe and a pipe axis. Volumes of the pipes and a water tank (10) are measured such that the station is permanently supplied with water and operated during the eddy and flood tides and in an intermediate time.
