A cutting wheel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to give the cutting wheel flexibility and prevent degradation of a ground material by forming a plurality of supporters which extend from the main body of the center reinforcing member. A cutting wheel(10) includes a center reinforcing member(40) which is formed between a core(20) and a mixture(30) in order to reinforce the central part of the cutting wheel and give the cutting wheel flexibility. The center reinforcing member is made up of a main body with a through hole(44) aligned with a joint hole formed on the central part of the cutting wheel, and one or more supporters(46) extending from the main body in the radial direction to support load of the mixture. |
