A method for coating a carbon nanotube using extremely low temperature treatment is provided to adjust thickness of a coating layerin case the coating layer is formed over desired thickness through cutting the top of the coating layer. A method for coating a carbon nanotube using extremely low temperature treatment comprises the following steps of: forming a coating layer by applying a dispersing agent in which carbon nanotube is dispersed on a workpiece; drying the coating layer; performing a extremely low temperature process exposing the coating layer in liquid gas; and performing a heat treatment process on the coating layer. The liquid gas is liquid nitrogen. |
