FIELD: food products. ^ SUBSTANCE: method provides for extraction of red tea by liquid nitrogen with separation of according miscella, artichoke, apples and black chokeberry preparation, cutting of artichoke and apples and their and drying in microwave field at specified process parametres, drying of black chokeberry in microwave field at specified process parametres, artichoke roasting, finish drying of apples and black chokeberry by convection method, mixing artichoke, apples and black chokeberry as per mass ratio of 10:9:1, impregnation of produced mixture by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure rise, pressure drop down to atmospheric one with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryo-grinding in medium of separated nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: production of flavoured coffee drink using non-waste technology. |
