A lock arrangement comprises a movable frame part, a fixed frame part, a first espagnolette lock arrangement 16 mounted upon one of the frame parts, and a second espagnolette lock arrangement 18 mounted alongside the first espagnolette lock arrangement; such that the second lock arrangement may be offset from the first lock arrangement in relation to the thickness of the wing and provide a more secure closure. The first and second lock arrangements may be driven by the same handle or the first and second locks may be driven by separate handles. Each espagnolette lock may comprise a slidable bar carrying a plurality of locking members 26. The slidable bars of each lock may move in the same direction or opposite direction and may move the same distance or their range of movement may be different. |
