A laminated floor material using a carbon heater and a manufacturing method of the same is provided to increase the thermal efficiency by delivering the heat from the CARBON HEATER to an upper part without the loss of the heat. A laminated floor material using a carbon heater comprises a lower part finishing member(1), a resin plate(3a), a heat blocking plate(3), a carbon heater(4), an insulating member(5), and an upper part finishing member(2). The lower part finishing member is made of a vinyl sheet. The resin plate is comprised of a thin plate. The heat blocking plate is made of the thin metal plate adhered at the upper part of the resin plate. The heat blocking plate is adhered on the top of the lower part finishing member to block the heat. The carbon heater is adhered on the upper part of the resin plate of the heat blocking plate. The insulating member is adhered on the upper part of the carbon heater. The upper part finishing member is attached on the upper part of the insulating member and made of the vinyl sheet. |
