DEVICE FOR PREVENTING ROTATION OF TUBE ON MOBILE TYPE TUBE-TRAILER FOR CHARGING CNG

An apparatus for preventing rotation of a tube of a mobile tube-trailer for charging CNG(Compressed Natural Gas) is provided to prevent separation of a CNG tube mounted on a tube fixing plate due to vibration or shock by installing a tube fixing flange between the tube fixing plate and the CNG tube. An apparatus for preventing rotation of a tube of a mobile tube-trailer for charging CNG includes a tube fixing flange(20). A CNG tube(3) is connected to a tube fixing plate(5) by the tube fixing flange. The tube fixing flange has a neck receiving part(21) and a flange part(22). The neck receiving part is formed in a central part of the tube fixing flange. A neck(3a) of the CNG passes through the neck receiving part. The flange part is formed in an outer circumference of a rear side of the neck receiving part, and is coupled with the tube fixing plate. A tube fixing hole(21a) is formed in the neck receiving part. A tube fixing groove(3b) corresponding to the tube fixing hole is formed in the neck of the CNG tube. A tube fixing unit(13) is installed in the neck receiving part of the tube fixing flange, and is inserted according to the tube fixing hole and the tube fixing groove.
