A chisel pin processing apparatus is provided to grind the surface by inserting a raw material to a surface treatment unit and pressing it with a head unit, thereby immediately using the raw material without additional processing. A chisel pin processing apparatus(1) comprises an upper base(10), a lower base(20), a vice unit(50), a head unit(60), a cylinder unit(40), a side plate, and a surface treatment unit. The upper base and the lower base fix the side plate. The lower base has an outlet. The head unit is clamped by the vice unit and reciprocated by the cylinder unit to cut the surface of the fixed raw material. The cylinder unit includes a piston rod in which a longitudinal groove is formed. The side plate comprises a right side member(31) in which the cylinder unit is fixed and a left side member(32) in which a discharge hole(32-1) is formed. The surface treatment unit is located so that the center is aligned with the discharge hole, and trims the surface of the chisel pin. |
