PLASMA REACTOR AND PLASMA REACTION APPARATUS

A plasma reactor and a plasma reactor device having the same are provided to restrict of deterioration of a catalyst by reducing reaction temperature of the catalyst efficiently. A plasma reactor(1) includes the followings: a first gas ventilation part in which the first gas flows with a cell which becomes a gas channel; a second gas ventilation part facilitating reaction of the first gas by adding heat of the second gas to the first gas ventilation part; a honeycomb electrode(10) functioning as a conductive material; and a discharge electrode(20) for reacting the first gas and discharging between the honeycomb electrodes. The first gas is injected into the first gas ventilation part. The heat of the second gas facilitates reaction of the first gas.
