<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The blade (1) has a fastener insert (20) integrated in a blade root for fastening the blade to a rotor. The fastener insert includes a horizontal shaft perpendicular to a span of the blade and to an axis of rotation of the rotor, with a C-shape distributed spar (10) of the blade being wound in part about the shaft. The horizontal shaft includes winding zones around which the distributed spar of the blade is wound. Fastener zones (41, 42) fasten the fastener insert to the rotor, and are arranged between two winding zones. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method for winding a spar of a rotorcraft blade around a horizontal shaft of a fastener insert. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Rotorcraft blade. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The horizontal shaft is perpendicular to the span of the blade and to an axis of rotation of the rotor, with a C-shape distributed spar of the blade being wound in part about the shaft, thus avoiding risks associated with twisting of the spar through ninety degrees.
