A washing water circulation device of a washing machine is provided to prevent the washing water from leaking before the water reaches the peak of a rotating drum. A washing water circulation device of a washing machine comprises a tub, a rotating drum(12), a plurality of lifters(40), and a water jacket(101). The water tub is installed in the inner structure of a housing. The rotating drum is equipped in the inside tub. A plurality of lifters protrudes from the rotating drum inner surface. The water jacket is attached at the position, a lifter of the exterior wall of the rotating drum. A washing water output hole(106) is formed between the water jacket and the rotating drum. An insulating member(108) is installed at the washing water output hole. The insulating member is connected to the rotating drum with a hinge(109). |
