A vegetable cutting unit is provided to improve cutting efficiency and the quality of the cut vegetable by arranging a cutting blade on an inner circumference of a cylindrical drum. A motor(2) is installed in a main body(1). A case(3) is installed in the outside of a motor shaft of the motor. A cylindrical drum(6) is combined in the side of the motor shaft. A door is installed in the side in front of the case with a hinge pin. A shat(13) of a vegetable pushing plate(12) is hinged and coupled in a lever so that the lever with a handle is positioned in the door. The cylindrical drum includes a plurality of slots in the circumference in a longitudinal direction. A cutting blade(8) is equipped in the front and rear circumferences inside the slot. The door is hinged and coupled in the side in front of the case. A turnover plate(9) is coupled in the center of the door with a pin. The vegetable guide pipe is assembled with pieces to be detached from the inside of the turnover plate. |
