<p>A film with a conductive minute mesh structure is provided to form a minute pattern on a base film continuously using a roll to roll method. A film having a conductive minute mesh structure includes an insulating base film, a minute pattern, and the conductive ink. The minute pattern is formed on the base film by a minute engraving method. The minute engraving method is the rolling, nano-imprinting or laser etching method. The conductive ink is filled in the minute pattern. The conductive ink includes the conductive component, the macromolecular binder, and viscosity modifier. The conductive component is selected from the group comprised of the carbon conductive powder, the metal precursor, the nano metal, the metal powder, and the mixture thereof.</p> |
