A filter device of a food processor is provided to reduce the number of deodorization filter replacement, and to improve efficiency of a humidification filter by removing moisture generated in the food processor. A filter device of a food processor includes a humidification filter part(240) and a deodorization filter part. The humidification filter part connected with a drying furnace, receives gas generated in a drying and a pulverizing processes of the food waste and removes the moisture in the gas. The deodorization filter part connected with the humidification filter part, receives humidified gas and purifies the gas. The humidification filter part and the deodorization filter part are formed integrally.
