A motor is provided to prevent the loss of a magnetic line by forming a magnetic force line separation hole and a magnetic force line separation groove in yokes and an armature core. A motor includes a rotor(50) and a stator(90). A rotor includes a plurality of yokes(10,20), a plurality of main magnets(11,21,23), and a plurality of auxiliary magnets(15,25,26). A plurality of yokes are arranged to the radial direction in an multi-stage. A plurality of main magnets are fixed to the yoke of each stage in the columnar direction. The magnetic line separation groove is formed between the main magnets. The plurality of auxiliary magnets are fixed in the yoke of each end in the columnar direction. The magnetic force line separation hole is formed between the auxiliary magnets. The stator includes an armature core and the plurality of armature coils. The armature core is arranged to be opposite to the yoke of each stage. The plurality of armature coils are wound around the armature core.
