The device has a locating device, general packet radio service (GPRS) data link, and tracers placed in vehicles. The tracers transmit data of the vehicles to a logistic platform in real time using 3G5 type GPRS. The platform decrypts the data using a detection element e.g. global positioning system (GPS) tracer. The detection element re-transcribes the data into geometric coordinates for ensuring localization of the vehicles.
