FORM ENTRY RECORD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND FORM ENTRY RECORD MONITORING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form entry record management system and a form entry record monitoring program which allow a person to know which entry or which correction or deletion has been made at which point in time with respect to the contents of a form.

SOLUTION: The form entry record management system for managing a record of entries to a form optically reads matters entered to a form to generate image data. By reading the same form repeatedly, a difference between current image data read and last image data read is extracted together with the coordinate of the difference on the form. Extracted difference data and coordinate data of the same form are stored as updated record data in a record management database each time reading takes place. Upon input of a display request, the latest image data of the form is displayed, and the updated record data for each reading stored in the record management database is displayed at a given position on the form based on the coordinate data included in the updated record data.
