The construction has a frame (11) including a casting space (A) for a fire blocking mass (m1) in a space restricted by a side wall of a frame part. The frame is attached to a fire barrier (S), where the frame includes an opening by which an air duct is guided. An isolation flap (13) is connected with the frame and is closed in a fire situation for blocking a center melt flow path of the frame. A cross sectional area of the frame is provided with a web section and side wall sections. The casting space is filled with the fire blocking mass.
