ALUMINUM NITRIDE COMPOSITION FOR INJECTION MOLDING, ALUMINUM NITRIDE SINTERED COMPACT, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING ALUMINUM NITRIDE SINTERED COMPACT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum nitride composition for injection molding, which has high fluidity and excellent degreasing properties, and has satisfactory shape retainability in the case a green compact is produced, even in the case a thin aluminum nitride molded body having a wide surface area or an aluminum nitride molded body with a complicated shape is produced.

SOLUTION: Disclosed is an aluminum nitride composition for injection molding comprising: aluminum nitride powder satisfying the following conditions (1) and (2) of 100 pts.wt.; an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer of 3 to 15 pts.wt.; wax of 3 to 12 pts.wt.; and higher fatty acid of 0.5 to 5 pts.wt.: (1) D90/D10≤3.5 and (2) D50≤1.0 μm [wherein, D90denotes the particle diameter when the cumulative volume% in the particle size distribution of the aluminum nitride particles is 90%; D10denotes the particle diameter when the cumulative volume% in the particle size distribution of the aluminum nitride particles is 10%; and D50denotes the particle diameter when the cumulative volume in the particle size distribution of the aluminum nitride particles is 50%].
